Plains Indian Beaded Moccasins (ca. 1920s-1940s), unknown artist (#03)

Made sometime between 1920 and 1940, these moccasins came to Twin Rocks trading post through the Van Houten collection. They are handmade and stitched of brain tanned, bleached white doe hide and beaded in a step-style design by the plains Indians. These moc’s are 10 1/2” in length, show slight signs of indoor wear, and are in excellent condition.
