Ever since the recent solar eclipse, Jamie Olson has been infatuated with Bella Luna. Jamie is so impressed with the Moon that he has attempted to capture her in his creative process. We believe he has done just that. With historic Sikyatki pottery sherds from the 14th to 17th century, along with jet, which is a product of fossilized wood, Jamie has created his version of the Moon’s cycle of life. Jamie is an amazing artist with a knack for expressing his passion.
About the artist:

"About my work, or lack of, it chose me as much as I chose it. Asked where I get my ideas, I can't really say for sure. I'm thankful I get them once in awhile, and have the basic skills to carry them through to a satisfactory condition, at that point and time. I'm blessed, I love what I do, it's a passion. When that love and passion is not there, I'll do something else." See full biography | See all items by James A. Olson
