This distinctive eagle bolo tie was created in the 1960s by Zuni master lapidary artist Dixon Shebola. To many Native Americans, the eagle represents power because of its ability to soar high and have a commanding view of the world below. Shebola demonstrated his skill with this intricate inlay design and his superior lapidary talent.
