Heavy Stamp Work Sterling Silver Belt Buckle
3 1/2" x 3"
This belt buckle was created sometime in the 1960s by an unknown Navajo artist. It is made of sterling silver and features some of the oldest designs known to art. Navajo craftsmen are often motivated by the natural world. The initial idea behind the concho design comes from sea shells, seed pods, creeping vines, and flowering plants. The artist who crafted this pleasing piece left his mark upon the world through this extraordinary buckle.
