Myrtle Cata is unique in the Pueblo pottery pantheon for her ice-cream smooth finish on traditional pottery variations. Although born and raised in San Felipe Pueblo, she married into the San Juan Pueblo and claims this northern New Mexico village for her pottery heritage.
